 Well, the week was going ok Alec thought. He and Jace were standing in the hall at school talking when Alec thought he was going to pass out. Jace looked at him, what? He turned to see what Alec was looking at with big eyes. What is he doing here? Alec shook his head; I don't know.

 Warlock was coming out of Mr. Graymark office talking and laughing.

 Ok, here we go, Alec. Mr. Graymark said. Can you and Jace come here for a second? Sure, Mr. Graymark. Alec said looking at him. When Warlock looked up and saw Alec walking his way his eyes got big, then went back to the way they always look.

  What's up? What can we do for you? Guy's, this is Mr.Bane. Alec looked at him. He never heard anyone one call him by his real name. Mr.Bane is the owner of the new nightclub Platinum. He's going to help us out with a place for the School Ball. He is letting us use the club. Alec. Mr.Graymark called out. Yes. Warlock looked at the tall guy with the brown hair, and beautiful eyes. Can I get you and your sister, and Jace and Clary to help with the plans and stuff? Alec was watching Warlock the whole time. Then he looked back to Mr. Graymark. Sure, when? Alec asked. Warlock was looking up at Mr. Graymark. Mr.Bane? Mr. Graymark looked at him.

 Well, as soon as you all can. So we can get things order, and music programmed and so on. Alec looked at him. Sure. He said, but it was dry and not welcoming. Mr. Graymark looked at Alec, Ok. Maybe after classes, you all can meet somewhere? Sure Lucian, anything for my dad. Thanks, Alec. I need to step back into the office. Ok. Everyone said together. Thank you, Mr.Bane. Warlock just smiled.

 After Lucian went in the office, Warlock turned and walked off. Alec went after him. Jace stayed behind and went to class.
